Description

Ready to hang as a pendant, stand on a table or sit atop a floor base, our Eos Lampshade Mini in White gives you three ways to light a room from a single shade. It is a rounded form of soft white feathers, wider than it is tall, so the light diffuses gently rather than spilling in one hard direction. At 20cm high and 35cm in diameter, it suits a bedside spot, a reading nook or a cluster of shades grouped at different heights, and we think its light weight of just 0.2kg makes it easy to position wherever you need it.

Each Mini shade is built from approximately 900 goose feathers layered over a textile and steel frame, giving that rounded, textured surface a real sense of depth. The feathers we use meet the RDS Standard, which matters to us and to anyone who wants to know where their materials come from. The shade takes an E27 bulb up to a maximum of 15W LED, which is not included, so you can pair it with whatever warmth of light suits your space. We recommend keeping to that 15W limit to protect the feathers and get the softest possible glow through them.

Assembly takes around five minutes and we provide a short video to walk you through it, so you will not be left guessing. To keep your shade looking its best, dust it lightly and avoid handling the feathers more than you need to, as they settle naturally into their rounded shape over time.
