Description

A tall drum of feathers is what greets you first in our Eos Evia Lampshade Mini, its flat top giving a clean, upright profile that feels light in the hand and gentle to the eye. This one has a Light Blue textile edge, so the shade brings a quiet wash of colour to a corner without shouting for attention. At 26cm tall with a diameter of 30cm, it is the smallest size in the Evia range, which makes it easy to place on a shelf, a bedside cabinet or a smaller lamp base where a bigger shade would feel too much. Approximately 1500 goose feathers are layered around a steel frame here, and at just 0.2kg it stays remarkably light for its size.

We source the feathers to the RDS Standard, and we think that care shows in the way the finish sits together. Each feather overlaps the next to build a soft, textured surface that catches and spreads the light, turning a plain bulb into a warm, diffuse glow. Because the shade is flat-topped rather than a sphere, it draws the eye upward and reads as calm rather than fussy. The Light Blue tone is subtle enough to sit with grey or natural wood, so you can bring it into a bedroom or a reading nook without reworking the whole room around it.
