Our Light Grey finish brings a soft, muted warmth to a room, sitting quietly against pale walls or lending a gentle contrast to darker interiors. The lampshade itself is a tall drum of soft feathers, flat-topped and beautifully full, made from approximately 2340 goose feathers layered over a textile and steel structure. In the Medium size it stands 39cm high with a diameter of 40cm, and weighs just 0.27kg, so it feels light in the hand while looking generous once fitted. The feathers are sourced to the RDS Standard, something we hold to across this range, and they give the shade a diffuse, glowing quality when lit.
