Our Eos Esther Lampshade Large in Light Grey is made from approximately 4860 goose feathers set into a textile and steel structure, bringing a soft, natural texture to a room. Each shade is built as a wide flat disc, with layers of feathers fanning outward rather than forming a smooth globe. The feathers meet the RDS Standard, which matters to us because it means the down is responsibly sourced. The Light Grey colouring gives the shade a gentle, muted tone that settles into most interiors without drawing too much attention, while the feather surface catches and scatters light in a way a plain fabric shade cannot.

This is a versatile piece, and it is designed to work in more than one setting. You can use it as a pendant, floor or table lampshade, and it is compatible with E27 fittings. One detail we like is that the shade can be flipped 180 degrees, so you can change the direction of the light and the way it reads in the room simply by turning it over.
