Description
The Emberfield is a 760mm track pendant with four independently adjustable GU10 spotlights mounted on a matt black tubular bar. Each cylindrical spotlight head rotates and tilts on its mount, allowing light to be directed to specific zones below the fixture or angled towards walls and surfaces. The four GU10 fittings take standard mains-voltage halogen or LED bulbs (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose beam angle, colour temperature and dimmer compatibility.
Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and worktops where directed task light is needed, the Emberfield hangs from a single ceiling point on an adjustable cable, with the 760mm bar spanning lengthwise above the surface below. The 105mm overall height of each spotlight head keeps the profile compact without sacrificing beam control. The fixture works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, typically positioned 700-900mm above a worktop or 750-850mm above a dining table.
The matt black metal finish gives a low-sheen surface that pairs cleanly with both industrial and contemporary interiors. The tubular bar and cylindrical spotlight heads share the same diameter and finish, creating a unified form. Each spotlight can be aimed independently, so the four beams can converge on a central work area, spread to illuminate a wider surface, or angle outwards to provide ambient wash light on surrounding walls. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor environments.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does it take?
The Emberfield takes four standard GU10 mains-voltage bulbs (sold separately). Most users pair this with 4-6W LED GU10s in 3000K or 4000K depending on whether warm or neutral white light is needed. Halogen GU10s are also compatible if preferred.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, provided you use dimmable GU10 bulbs and pair the fixture with a compatible dimmer switch. The Emberfield itself is rated as dimmable, but the final dimming performance depends on the specific bulb model chosen.
Can the spotlights be adjusted after installation?
Yes. Each of the four spotlight heads rotates and tilts on its mount, allowing you to redirect the beam at any time without tools. This means you can adjust where the light falls as your use of the space changes.
What height above a kitchen island or dining table?
Typical installation positions the bottom of the spotlight heads 700-900mm above a kitchen worktop or island, and 750-850mm above a dining table. The exact height depends on ceiling height and personal preference for how focused or spread the light needs to be.
