What bulbs does the Dallas take?

The Dallas takes 25 x G9 bulbs, each rated up to 28W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 3-5W per socket, giving a combined output of approximately 6,000-8,000 lumens across all 25 globes.

What ceiling height is needed?

The drop is adjustable between 23.8cm and 135.4cm. For a dining table the fitting typically hangs 700-900mm above the surface, which requires a ceiling height of at least 2.8m. Entrance halls with higher ceilings can use a longer drop to fill vertical space.

Can it be dimmed?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs chosen. G9 LED bulbs marked as dimmable will work with compatible dimmer switches, but non-dimmable LEDs or halogen bulbs may flicker or fail to dim smoothly. Check bulb specifications before pairing with a dimmer.

How is the amber glass cleaned?

Switch off and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each glass globe gently with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid spraying liquid directly onto the globes or the metal frame.
