Description

The Cone is a 150mm clear glass pendant light with a conical shade housed inside a polished chrome metal frame. The double-cone design places a transparent glass cone inside a slightly larger chrome cone, with the metal forming a pointed apex above the glass and an open base below. A single E14 bulb sits inside the glass, visible through the transparent material, and the light radiates in all directions through the clear shade.

Designed for kitchen islands, breakfast bars and dining tables, the Cone works best in clusters of two or three pendants rather than as a single fitting. The 2000mm adjustable cable allows the pendant to be set 600-900mm above a worktop or 700-800mm above a dining surface depending on ceiling height. The 150mm diameter keeps the visual footprint compact enough for multiple pendants spaced 400-600mm apart along a run without overwhelming the counter below.

The polished chrome finish on the metal frame reflects ambient light in the room and gives the pendant a high-shine accent that pairs with stainless steel appliances, chrome taps and contemporary kitchen hardware. The clear glass shows the bulb shape, so the Cone works well with decorative filament LED bulbs, traditional candle-style bulbs, or compact modern LEDs depending on the aesthetic you want. The E14 small Edison screw fitting accepts bulbs up to 40W, and the pendant is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Is the Cone dimmable?

Yes. The pendant is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer switch and a dimmable E14 bulb. Check the bulb packaging to confirm dimmer compatibility before pairing with a dimmer.

What bulb does it take?

The Cone takes a single E14 small Edison screw bulb up to 40W. The clear glass shows the bulb, so decorative filament LED bulbs, candle-style bulbs, or compact modern LEDs all work depending on your preference. Bulbs are sold separately.

How many pendants are needed for a kitchen island?

For a typical 1800-2400mm kitchen island, two or three Cone pendants spaced 400-600mm apart provide even task lighting. Single pendants work over smaller breakfast bars or side tables.

Can the cable length be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The 2000mm cable is adjustable during installation and can be shortened to suit your ceiling height. Excess cable can be coiled inside the ceiling rose or cut by a qualified electrician if preferred.
