Description

This is a ceramic table lamp base with delicate curves, finished in an ocean spray reactive glaze so that each piece carries its own individual pattern. It is a compact base at 290mm tall and 110mm in diameter, with a solid feel at 1kg. The Cliffstead is supplied with a brushed aged brass switched B22 lamp holder and grey braided flex, ready to take a shade of your choosing.

Its scale is set to suit bedrooms and lounge interiors, so it works nicely on a bedside table, shelf or console where space is tighter. The soft, pale ocean spray glaze reacts individually in the kiln, giving each base its own tone, while the aged brass stem adds a warm metallic note. Because the shade is chosen separately, you can match it to your scheme, and it is designed to pair with one of our 25cm decorative fabric or 24cm raffia shades. Its neat size makes it easy to place in a smaller room or on a compact surface, adding a quiet touch of colour.

The base is glazed ceramic in an ocean spray reactive finish, with a brushed aged brass plated stem and a switched B22 metal lamp holder on a 1.5 metre silver grey fabric cable. It takes one B22 bayonet-fit bulb up to 10W, and as a Class 1 earthed, IP20 indoor fitting it connects to an earthed supply and should be kept away from water. Dust the glazed ceramic with a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners that could mark the glaze. Add one of our 25cm fabric or 24cm raffia shades to complete the look, with more matching pieces available in the range.
