Description

The Clarityx is an 830mm linear LED wall light with an integrated 30W 3000K LED mounted inside a matt black rectangular housing that projects 90mm from the wall. The LED runs the full length of the bar, providing continuous illumination along the 83cm span without visible bulbs or fittings interrupting the light output.

Designed for hallways, office corridors, bathroom mirrors and kitchen worktop runs where continuous task or accent lighting is needed, the Clarityx mounts horizontally on standard UK wall fixings. The 830mm length suits spaces where a single compact wall light would leave dark zones but a row of multiple fittings would look cluttered. The matt black finish reduces glare under daylight and pairs with both monochrome and warm-toned contemporary interiors.

The 30W integrated LED outputs warm white 3000K light, which provides sufficient brightness for task lighting without the cooler blue cast of daylight-temperature LEDs. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations — it is not suitable for bathrooms with zones or outdoor use. The LED is non-dimmable and the housing is constructed from metal with a plastic diffuser running along the underside to distribute the light evenly.

No. The integrated LED is rated at 30W on mains voltage and does not support dimming. Pairing it with a dimmer switch may cause flicker or damage the driver circuit.

Can it be mounted vertically?

The fitting is designed for horizontal mounting. Vertical installation is possible from a structural perspective but would change the light distribution pattern, as the diffuser is oriented to cast light downwards and upwards when mounted horizontally.

What rooms is it suitable for?
