Description

The Citronic CUBA-6W is a passive full range PA speaker cabinet built for professional sound reinforcement. The wooden enclosure is finished with a hard-wearing polyurea coating and fitted with a powder-coated steel grille, so it holds up well to regular use on the road or in a fixed install. Inside, a custom designed high power LF (low frequency) driver works with an HF (high frequency) compression driver, tuned to the enclosure for a balanced output across the frequency range.

Connections sit on the rear panel, with either two Speakon sockets or a single Speakon alongside 4mm binding posts, depending on the model. This lets you link onto additional speakers when you need to build out a larger rig. Each cabinet runs at 8 Ohms and carries two side handles for carrying, plus a 35mm pole-mount socket for mounting on a speaker stand or pole. The CUBA-6 is supplied with a U-bracket for fixed mounting.

The rear of the cabinet has two different bevels, giving you angled placement options at ground level or when suspended for arraying. Multiple M8 flying points are inset around the cabinet for rigging. We recommend pairing the CUBA-6W with Citronic PLX, D and H-series amplifiers to get the most from it across a wide range of high power applications, from live music and DJ work to venue installs and mobile setups.
