Description

The Chord GWB2 is a wall-mounted hanger for keeping a guitar or bass off the floor and on show. The pivoting neck holder swings to follow the angle of the instrument, so the guitar sits comfortably against the wall rather than hanging at a fixed point. It works well in a studio, a practice room or a hallway where you want your instrument within easy reach.

The neck holder cradles the headstock while the weight of the guitar rests naturally on the two arms. A moulded ABS base gives the bracket its strength and keeps the fittings tidy. Two mounting screws are included, so you can fix it to a wall stud or a suitable fixing point straight out of the box. At 35 x 55 x 135mm and 170g, the hanger stays compact and out of the way when the guitar is removed.

We would suggest fixing the GWB2 into solid timber or using appropriate wall plugs for masonry, as this carries the full weight of the instrument. Once mounted, the pivot lets the guitar settle at its own angle, which reduces pressure on the neck and headstock. It suits electric, acoustic and bass guitars with a standard headstock width, giving you a simple way to store and display an instrument you reach for often.

Yes. The GWB2 takes electric, acoustic and bass guitars with a standard headstock width. The pivoting holder adjusts to the angle of each instrument.

Are fixings included?

Two mounting screws are supplied. For masonry walls we would suggest adding suitable wall plugs, as these are not included.

How does the pivoting holder work?
