Description

At 40cm across and just 11cm tall, our Cassini Pendant Light Medium is a wide, shallow disc that hangs close to the profile of the ceiling rather than dropping into the room. The shade reads almost flat, with a narrow rim and a small central boss where the black textile cord meets it, so the shape stays clean from every angle. In black, it settles quietly against darker walls and works just as well as a contrast over a pale kitchen island. It suits people who want light spread across a surface without a bulky fitting stealing the view.

Inside the shade a 16W LED panel is built in that puts out 1000 lumen at a warm 3000K, giving you a soft, even wash that suits a dining table or a reading corner. With a CRI of 82, colours look natural under it, whether that is food on the table or the grain of a worktop. The lamp weighs 2.47kg and is made from steel, aluminium and PS, so it feels solid without being heavy on the fixing.
