Description

The Carlworth Ikat pairs a turned resin spindle base with a handmade 25cm Ikat shade in digitally printed faux silk. Taking its shape from classic staircase spindles, the high gloss base sits under a gathered pleated shade for a warm, country-luxe look. It stands 520mm tall with a 250mm shade and takes a single B22 bayonet bulb up to 10W. A switched B22 brass lamp holder and pale braided fabric flex complete the design, with a choice of colour combinations to suit your room.

This lamp suits living rooms, bedrooms and hallways in country and classic homes, and it brings both height and a soft, decorative glow. The pleated Ikat shade spreads a warm light, while the turned spindle base keeps the look classic. With several base and shade pairings available, from almond with coral to pink clay with coral, it is easy to match the lamp to your soft furnishings or use it as a gentle accent on a console or bedside table.

The base is moulded in a high gloss resin, and the tapered shade is gathered and pleated by hand with taped edge detailing and a plain inner lining, with a pale braided flex to match. Wiring is Class 1 earthed and the lamp is rated IP20 for dry indoor use, so keep it away from bathrooms and splashes. Wipe the resin base with a soft, dry cloth and dust the shade with a soft brush.
