Description

The Carlstead is a ceramic table lamp with a rounded, gourd-inspired base, here in a glossy green reactive glaze that shifts and pools so each piece is individual. It stands 540mm tall with a 300mm shade and weighs 1.8kg, joining a switched brushed aged brass B22 lamp holder to a grey braided flex. This version wears a 30cm Ivy shade in vintage white cotton-mix fabric with an almond white taped edge, a soft neutral that lets the green glaze take the lead. It takes one B22 bulb up to 10W and works with B22 LED lamps.

The curved base is scaled for bedrooms and living rooms, so it sits neatly on a bedside, a side table or a console.
