Description

This is a pared-back bathroom wall light in which a simple satin brass rod supports a jewel-like ribbed glass shade. The clean, minimal shape lets the ribbed glass do the work, catching and scattering the light for a soft sparkle. An easy-reach on and off pull switch is built in for simple operation. Rated IP44 for bathroom use, the fitting is compact at 125mm tall and 140mm wide, projecting 195mm from the wall, and takes a single G9 capsule bulb up to 3W, so it gives a gentle, low-energy light in a small footprint.

The Carlmont suits bathrooms, cloakrooms and en-suites where you want a small, good-looking light rather than a large fitting. It works well beside a mirror or a basin, and its compact size means it fits neatly into tighter spaces or above a vanity. The satin brass finish brings a warm note that pairs nicely with matching brassware, tiles and painted walls, and a pair either side of a mirror gives balanced light for everyday grooming. It is a tidy, functional choice with a little jewel-like character.

The metalwork is finished in satin brass plate, and the shade is clear ribbed glass with a faceted, jewel-like look. It is double insulated to Class 2, so no earth connection is needed, and the IP44 rating protects it against splashing water. The pull switch keeps operation safe in a wet room. To care for it, switch off and let the bulb cool, then wipe the satin brass and ribbed glass with a soft, barely damp cloth and dry to prevent water marks.
