This two-light outdoor wall light has a modern architectural shape, casting light both up and down the wall from a compact, textured black body. It is made from corrosion-resistant aluminium with a clear glass diffuser, and it measures a neat 184mm tall and 80mm wide, projecting just 115mm, so it sits close to the wall. It takes two GU10 lamps, giving a combined output of up to 14W, or 7W per lamp, and it is dimmable so you can set the level to suit the space. The up-and-down beams give a contemporary, gallery-style effect outdoors.

The Carlford suits front doors, patios, garden walls and modern exteriors where you want a clean, architectural light rather than a traditional lantern. The twin up-and-down beams pick out brickwork or render for a smart evening effect, and the compact body keeps the look minimal.
