Description

The Caldford is an organically shaped ceramic table lamp with an ivory crackle-glazed base and handmade leaf-shaped details. This is the taller Ivy version, standing 585mm high with a 350mm shade and weighing 3.5kg, and it sets a switched brushed aged brass B22 lamp holder above a grey braided fabric flex. The 35cm Ivy shade is made in vintage white cotton-mix fabric with an almond white taped edge, a soft, tonal partner for the pale base. It takes one B22 bulb up to 10W and works with B22 LED lamps.

The extra height gives it more presence on a sideboard, a console or a hall table, while the all-neutral palette keeps it calm and easy to place alongside existing furniture. Its organic, lightly vintage character suits country and traditional rooms, and the quiet cream-and-white scheme also works in gentle modern spaces. The botanical base pairs well with plants and natural textures, and the switch on the holder makes it easy to use where there is no nearby wall switch.
