Two open wooden wings meet at a small block on our wall to form a gentle V, and that shape is what makes this butterfly coat hook such a friendly little fixture. Rather than a single peg or a straight rail, we give you a pair of angled arms that spread outwards like open wings, so coats, bags and scarves can be looped over either side. We think it brings a bit of character to a hallway or bedroom without taking over the space, and the anthracite grey finish keeps things calm and grounded against most wall colours.

This is the Medium size, measuring 22.6cm wide, 11.3cm tall and 12.2cm deep, which gives you enough reach for heavier winter layers while staying neat on the wall. It is made from MDF with a smooth painted finish paired with steel, so it holds its shape and feels solid when loaded up. We have kept the assembly straightforward, with a fitting time of around ten minutes, and there is a short video to walk you through it if you would rather follow along.
