Description

The Brillix is a 50cm anthracite LED bollard light from Ideal Lux, built around a rectangular metal column with an integrated LED module at the head. The angled head directs light downward and forward onto pathways, driveways and garden borders, with the 4000K colour temperature providing a neutral white output midway between warm and cool tones.

Designed for year-round outdoor installation, the bollard carries an IP54 rating, protecting the internal LED and driver from dust ingress and water spray from any direction. This makes it suitable for exposed pathway lighting, driveway edges, patio perimeters and garden feature lighting where the fitting is subject to rain and windblown debris. The 50cm height positions the light source low enough to avoid glare at eye level while still providing useful illumination across a 2-3m radius on flat ground.

The anthracite powder-coated metal finish provides corrosion resistance and a low-sheen surface that absorbs rather than reflects daylight, allowing the bollard to sit unobtrusively in planted borders and against darker paving during the day. The rectangular profile measures 138.5mm in length and projects 123mm from its base, giving a compact footprint that fits between paving slabs or at the edge of gravel paths without obstructing foot traffic. The integrated LED removes the need for bulb replacement over the fitting's operational life.
