Description

This is a country classic table lamp base, hand-turned from solid wood in a natural finish that shows off the grain. It stands 445mm tall with a slim 135mm diameter, giving it a tall, tapered profile. The Brenhurst is supplied as a base with a switched brass B22 lamp holder and grey braided fabric flex, made from sustainably sourced wood and ready for a shade of your choosing.

It suits a living room, bedroom, study or hallway where you want a warm, traditional base with natural materials. The turned wood keeps it soft and characterful, so it works in country and classic rooms as well as more relaxed modern schemes, and the brass lamp holder adds a warm metallic note. Because the shade is separate, you can match it to your interior, and it is designed to pair with one of our 30cm decorative fabric shades. At 1kg it is light to move yet stable once dressed with a shade on a side table or console.

The base is hand-turned solid natural wood on a switched brass B22 lamp holder, with a 1.5 metre grey fabric flex, and the timber is sustainably sourced. It takes one B22 bayonet-fit bulb up to 10W, and as a Class 1 earthed, IP20 indoor fitting it connects to an earthed supply and should be kept away from water. Wipe the wood with a dry cloth and keep it out of direct damp so the grain stays looking its best. Add one of our 30cm fabric shades to complete the look, with more matching pieces available in the range.
