Description

The Brenfield is a five arm pendant that brings a classic curved frame together with a bright nickel finish. Each arm holds a clear ribbed cylindrical shade with a bubble detail in the glass, capped with metal edging, which gives the light a gently aged, characterful quality. It measures 570mm across, weighs around 5.9kg and carries five E14 lamp holders for a full, even light.

This pendant suits a dining room, a hallway or a living space that can take a decorative centrepiece. The curved arms and bright nickel read classic with a modern edge, and the bubble glass softens and scatters the light as it falls. Five lamps give a generous spread, and the fitting is dimmable, so you can hold it bright for gatherings or ease it down low for a quieter evening. It brings together old and new in a way that settles into most schemes.

The light grey fabric cable adjusts the drop between 600 and 1980mm at installation, so it can hang low over a table or high in a hall. It is a Class 1 earthed fitting, so it needs an earth connection and is best fitted by a qualified electrician, while its IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms. It takes five E14 lamps of up to 6W each. Dust the ribbed glass with a soft, dry cloth and switch off at the wall before cleaning.
