Description

This single light pendant pairs a brushed aged brass flex set with one large 40cm tapered shade, a simple way to add colour overhead. The shade is a handmade gathered and pleated taper, printed on marlin blue faux silk with taped edge detailing and a plain inner lining, measuring 400mm across. The fitting drops from 400 to 1600mm on a 1.5 metre red fabric cable, and the metalwork is finished in brushed aged brass plate. It takes one B22 bulb, up to 6W, and it is fully dimmable.

A single bold shade works well over a bedside table, in a hallway or in a corner that needs one clear point of light. The blue faux silk brings a touch of understated colour, while the red braided cable adds a small, playful contrast from the ceiling. Because the drop adjusts across a wide range, you can hang it low as a reading light or higher as a general glow. It is rated IP20, so it belongs in dry indoor rooms rather than bathrooms.
