Description

The Brackdon is a wall light built on a rounded dome wall back with a linear arm set on an adjustable knuckle, so the arm folds and repositions to place the light just where you want it. It is finished in brushed aged brass with an authentic B22 lampholder, and it has a deep 192mm reach on a low 110mm height and 100mm width. At 0.3kg it stays easy to handle, and it is supplied as a fitting to take your own shade. The light is fully dimmable with a compatible bulb and dimmer.

The folding arm makes this a natural bedside light, letting you draw the glow in over a book at night and fold it back out of the way by day. It works equally well beside a chair or in a snug reading corner, anywhere the freedom to move the light earns its keep. Fit a 16cm fabric shade to soften the output, plain for a calm look or patterned for character, and use a pair across a headboard or a single fitting in a quiet nook.

The dome back and arm are plated in brushed aged brass for a warm, matt finish, and the holder is authentic brass. The arm and wall back need light assembly, with the fixing tool included, and the knuckle lets you angle the arm to a chosen position. Wipe the metal with a dry or lightly damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners on the plating. The fitting is Class 1 and takes an earth, and its IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms. Complete the Brackdon with a 16cm shade from the range.
