This ginger jar table lamp pairs a hand-painted blue and white porcelain base with a cream polycotton empire shade, standing 570mm tall with a 360mm diameter shade. The ceramic base features a traditional Chinese floral pattern of intertwined chrysanthemums and vines painted in cobalt blue on a white glazed ground, with a geometric Greek key border at the neck and a scalloped pattern at the foot.

Designed for traditional and transitional interiors, the lamp suits living room side tables, bedroom nightstands, console tables in entrance halls, and anywhere a decorative table lamp with moderate height is needed. The single E27 bulb fitting inside the shade casts diffused ambient light downwards and outwards through the polycotton fabric.
