The Bicones is a 22cm conical pendant light combining a grey metal shade with a natural beech wood collar at the top of the cone. The metal shade tapers from a 22cm diameter base to a narrower wood-detailed crown, housing a single E27 bulb fitting inside. The grey exterior contrasts with a natural metal interior that reflects warm light downwards, while the beech wood detail adds texture against the powder-coated metal finish.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and breakfast bars where downward task lighting is needed, the Bicones sits 60-100cm above a worktop or table surface depending on ceiling height. The pendant is supplied with a 140cm adjustable cable, allowing the drop to be shortened on installation to suit ceiling heights from 2.2m upwards. The grey and beech combination suits Scandinavian, mid-century and contemporary interiors where natural materials are paired with industrial metalwork.

The beech wood collar at the top of the cone is coated with a transparent lacquer that protects the grain while allowing the natural colour and texture to show through. The pendant takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for task lighting over dining or kitchen surfaces.

Can the height be adjusted after installation?

The cable length is set during installation by shortening the 140cm cable to the desired drop. Once fitted and the excess cable concealed in the ceiling rose, the height cannot be easily adjusted without refitting.
