Description

The Bevford six-light hoop pendant sets six tapered fabric shades around a wide circular frame in aged brass plate. The 780mm hoop is fitted with authentic brass B22 lamp holders, so the metalwork and fittings match in tone. Each shade is a handmade gathered and pleated tapered shade in digitally printed coral pink Ikat faux silk, with taped edge detailing and a plain inner lining for a soft glow. It takes six B22 lamps and gives a warm, ambient light across a larger room.

This six-light size suits larger dining rooms, kitchen-diners and open-plan areas, where the wide hoop and coral pink shades bring warmth and colour overhead. The ikat pattern adds a decorative, characterful detail to the shades, while the aged brass hoop keeps the fitting grounded. The ring of shades spreads the light wider than a single pendant, so it lights a bigger table or room more evenly.

The frame is plated in aged brass for a mellow, lived-in tone, and the six coral Ikat shades give the pendant its colour. The drop adjusts from 700mm to 1640mm on a 1 metre chain with black twisted fabric flex. It is a Class 1 fitting, so it needs an earth and is best fitted by a qualified electrician, and the IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms away from bathrooms.
