Description

The Bella is a 40cm crystal chandelier with a gold-finished metal frame and six E14 bulb fittings arranged across three tiers. The frame follows a traditional empire chandelier structure with a narrow crown canopy, a tapered upper basket of crystal strands, a wide lower basket forming the main body, and a single crystal finial drop at the base. Hundreds of faceted crystal beads are strung on the frame to catch and refract light from the six internal bulbs.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards, the Bella sits 700-900mm above a dining table or in the centre of a 3-4m room depending on the chosen drop height. The adjustable chain allows installation between 81cm and 170cm total drop, giving flexibility for both standard and high ceilings. The six E14 bulbs (sold separately) can be fitted with candle or golf-ball shaped LED bulbs to control the colour temperature and brightness.

The gold finish on the metal frame has a warm yellow tone with a slight lustre that sits between polished and satin. This pairs the chandelier comfortably with traditional interiors, classical moulding, warm wood furniture and brass or gold-toned accessories. The crystal beads are faceted to create multiple internal reflections and project patterned light onto surrounding surfaces when the chandelier is lit. The IP20 rating restricts the Bella to dry indoor use only.

The chandelier has six E14 (small Edison screw) fittings rated at up to 60W per bulb. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users fit E14 LED candle or golf-ball bulbs at 4-6W each, typically 2700K-3000K warm white for a traditional look.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

Yes. The chain allows adjustment between 81cm minimum and 170cm maximum total drop from ceiling to finial. The chain can be shortened during installation to suit your room height.

Is the Bella suitable for low ceilings?

The 81cm minimum drop works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, leaving approximately 1.6m clearance underneath. For lower ceilings a flush or semi-flush fitting would be more appropriate.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the Bella is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It cannot be used in bathrooms, conservatories or anywhere with moisture or condensation.
