The Basis CCT is a 30.4cm linear LED track light designed for the Maytoni Magnetic Exility magnetic track system, delivering 12W output with adjustable colour temperature from warm 2700K to cool daylight 6000K. The integrated LED sits inside a black powder-coated aluminium housing measuring 44mm high and 22mm wide, and the fitting attaches magnetically to the Exility track without tools or visible fixings.

Designed for task lighting, accent lighting and directional wash in residential and commercial settings, the Basis CCT offers tunable white control via Bluetooth Mesh from a smartphone or compatible controller. This allows users to shift from warm ambient light in the evening to brighter cool white during working hours without changing the fitting. The magnetic attachment to the Exility track means the light can be repositioned along the track run or removed and replaced elsewhere in seconds.

The fitting operates on 48V DC supplied by the Exility track system power supply, keeping mains voltage out of the track itself and providing safety in environments where the track may be touched or adjusted. The black finish on the aluminium housing pairs with modern, industrial and minimalist interiors, and the low-profile 22mm width keeps the fitting visually discreet when viewed from the side. Does this work with standard track lighting systems?

No. The Basis CCT is designed exclusively for the Maytoni Magnetic Exility track system, which uses magnetic attachment and 48V DC power. It will not fit or operate on standard 3-circuit track systems or other manufacturers' magnetic tracks.

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

The fitting is controlled via Bluetooth Mesh using a smartphone app or compatible Bluetooth controller. This allows you to shift the colour temperature between 2700K and 6000K and dim the output without touching the fitting itself.

Can the fitting be repositioned on the track?

Yes. The magnetic attachment allows the fitting to be removed from the track and repositioned elsewhere along the track run without tools. The track must be de-energised before moving fittings for safety.

What power supply is required?

The Basis CCT operates on 48V DC supplied by the Exility track system power supply, which converts mains 230V AC to low-voltage DC. The power supply and track are sold separately from the individual fittings.
