Description

At 141cm wide and 60cm deep, our Audacious Oak Desk gives you a generous surface to spread out across, whether you are working, writing or sketching. The curved kidney-shaped top wraps gently towards you, so more of the desk sits within easy reach, and the 75cm height suits most chairs comfortably. This piece works as a proper workstation rather than a token side table, and at 27.6kg it feels reassuringly solid once in place. The top will hold up to 120kg when the weight is spread evenly across the surface, which gives you plenty of confidence for monitors, books and everything else that gathers through a busy day.

We finished this desk in Hazelnut, a warm mid-toned brown that settles easily into a home office, a bedroom corner or a shared living space. The fluted tambour front to the storage section adds texture and a soft ribbed play of light across the ribs, while the four round tapered legs keep the whole thing looking light on its feet. A desk organizer and hook come included with every one we send out, and each shelf inside will take up to 10kg. Assembly is quick too, taking around 20 minutes, so you can have it built and in use the same afternoon it arrives.

Made from solid oak, polyester, MDF, steel with plated brass and artificial leather, the desk is built to be handled daily. It carries both the Global Recycled Standard and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certifications, which matters to us and, we hope, to you. To keep the oak looking its best, we suggest wiping it with a soft dry cloth and avoiding harsh cleaners.
