Description

Our designers wanted a pendant light that gives you clean, functional light without any fuss, and the Asteria Plus Mini in Ruby Red is exactly that. It is built around a plain flat circular disc with a smooth top and a straight rim, held on a slim central stem so the whole piece stays quiet and low-key overhead. It works beautifully over a kitchen island, a reading nook or a small dining table, casting its glow downwards where you actually need it. At 31cm in diameter and just 10.5cm tall, the Mini suits tighter spaces and grouped arrangements, and the warm Ruby Red brings a friendly bit of colour to a room without shouting for attention.

Inside the disc we have fitted an 18W LED panel that produces 1200 lumen at a warm 3000K, so the light stays soft and inviting rather than clinical. The CRI of 93 means colours in your space read true and natural under it, and with 25000 light hours ahead you will not be thinking about replacements any time soon. The lamp is dimmable when paired with an external dimmer, letting you drop the level for evenings, and it is compatible with track lighting if you prefer a rail setup. It carries UKCA, CE and IP2X markings, and we back it with our 10-year warranty.

Each piece is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, and arrives with a 2.7m black textile cord that reads nicely against the Ruby Red disc. It weighs 1.7kg and takes around 10 minutes to assemble, so you can have it up and running quickly. To keep it looking its best, we suggest a gentle wipe with a soft dry cloth now and then.
