Description

In our lighting range we look for pieces that bring a room together, and this is one we reach for when a space needs gentle, even light overhead. The Asteria Plus Pendant Light Mini casts a soft downward glow across a dining table, kitchen island or reading corner, and its calm presence lets the light itself do the work. We like how the plain flat circular disc sits quietly above your setting, its Nuance Mist colour reading as a soft, muted tone that settles into surroundings rather than shouting over them. At just 31cm in diameter and 10.5cm tall, this Mini size suits smaller rooms and tighter groupings where a lighter touch is wanted.

The design is straightforward and honest: a smooth top, a straight rim and a slim central stem holding everything in balance. The disc is finished with a brass top that adds a warm glint where it catches the light, and it hangs from 2.7 metres of black textile cord so you can set your ideal drop. It is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, with an 18W LED panel built in that gives 1200 lumen at a warm 3000K and a CRI of 93 for true, natural colour. It runs for around 25000 hours and works with an external dimmer, so we can take the level right down for quieter evenings. It is also compatible with track lighting if you want to group several together.

Assembly takes around 10 minutes, and at 1.7kg this pendant is easy to fit and easy to live with. It carries UKCA, CE and IP2X markings, and we back it with our 10-year warranty. To keep it looking its best, we suggest a wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Hang one over a table, or space a few along an island for a considered, low-key finish.
