Description

Across our Asteria Plus range we stock two sizes and a choice of metal tops, and here we bring you the Mini in Brass with a Brass Top. We have kept the form simple, a plain flat circular disc that sits slightly larger above a slim central stem, with a smooth top and a straight rim. There is nothing layered or domed about it, just a clean shape that suits a kitchen island, a hallway or a reading corner. At 31cm across and 10.5cm tall, weighing 1.7kg, it holds its place without crowding the room.

This pendant is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, and it arrives with a 2.7m black textile cord that lets you set the drop to suit your ceiling. The warm Brass colour gives it a soft, grounded look, and the matching Brass Top keeps the whole piece reading as one considered shape. The built-in 18W LED panel gives 1200 lumen at 3000K, a warm white that we find comfortable for everyday use, with a CRI of 93 so colours around it stay true. Rated for 25000 light hours, it is dimmable when paired with an external dimmer, and it works with track lighting as well as a standard ceiling fitting. Assembly takes around 10 minutes.

The IP2X rating along with UKCA and CE marks means we can hand this over ready for a domestic setting, and we back it with a 10-year warranty. To care for the Brass finish, we suggest a dry or barely damp soft cloth and no harsh cleaners, which keeps the surface even over time. If you like a coordinated ceiling, we think two or three of these hung in a line over a worktop looks balanced, though a single Mini above a side table works just as well for a quieter corner.
