Description

Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, our Asteria Plus Pendant Light brings quiet, considered engineering to your ceiling. This medium pendant light measures 43cm across and stands 14cm tall, with a plain flat circular disc that sits slightly proud of the slim central stem. The top is smooth and unbroken, and the rim runs straight rather than curving under, so the shape reads as calm and low profile from any angle. We finished this one in Anthracite Grey with a Black Top, a muted pairing that settles into a room without demanding attention. At just 2.9kg, it feels substantial without being heavy overhead.

Inside sits a built-in 28W LED panel giving 1600 lumen at a warm 3000K, so the light falls soft and steady onto whatever you place it over. We chose a panel with a CRI of 96, which means colours below it stay true and natural, whether that is food on the dining table or the pages of a book. The light source is rated for around 25000 hours, and it is dimmable when you add an external dimmer, letting you take the level down for quieter evenings. A 2.7m black textile cord comes included, and because it is compatible with track lighting, you have some freedom in how and where you position it.

We have kept assembly to roughly 10 minutes, so you can have it hung and working the same afternoon it arrives. It carries UKCA and CE marking along with an IP2X rating, and we back it with a 10-year warranty, which tells you how we rate its build.
