Description

Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, our Asteria Long Wall Light is a slim, considered fitting in a warm brass core colour with a black finish. A round wall plate anchors it in place, while a long straight arm reaches out to a flat circular disc shade measuring 15cm across. We kept the profile shallow, just 9cm in height, so it sits close to the wall and holds its clean lines. A black fabric cable runs down from the wall plate to a plug, giving you a wall light that works without any need for rewiring.

Because it is a plug-in design, installation is genuinely quick. Assembly takes around ten minutes, and once the arm is mounted you simply run the 2.2m black cord to your nearest socket. The reach extends to 42cm, so it throws light out over a reading chair, a bedside or a spot on the landing where you want a soft pool rather than a broad wash. The built-in 12W LED panel gives a warm 2700K glow at 500 lumen, and it is dimmable, so we let you set the level to suit the room and the hour. With a CRI of 91, colours read true under it, whether that is the spine of a book or the tone of a nearby wall.

This fitting is built to last. The LED is rated for at least 50000 lighting hours, so you are unlikely to think about replacing it for years, and we back the lamp with our ten-year warranty. It weighs 804g, carries CE, UKCA and IP2X markings, and is intended for indoor use only.
