Description

Setting up our Asteria Long Wall Light takes around ten minutes, and because this is a hardwired fitting there is no visible cable running down your wall once it is in place. We would point you to the hardwire user guide for step-by-step instructions before you begin. A round wall plate anchors the fitting, with a long straight arm reaching out to a flat circular disc shade at the end. At 15cm in diameter, 9cm high and 44.6cm deep once hardwired, it holds a slim, low profile against the wall while still projecting light where you need it. The whole piece weighs just 804g.

The built-in 12W LED panel gives 500 lumen at a warm 2700K, and this lamp is dimmable, so you can turn it down for softer evenings or bring it up for reading and tasks. With a CRI of 91, colours in the room stay true under the light, and the panel is rated for 50000 or more lighting hours, which means you should rarely need to think about replacements. It carries CE, UKCA and IP2X markings, and we back it with our 10-year warranty. A 2.2m black cord is included for the wiring itself, tucked away out of sight.

Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, the Asteria pairs a sturdy body with a clean, considered shape. This version comes in a soft Pearl White finish over its steel core, a colour that settles easily beside pale plaster, warm wood or deeper feature walls without competing for attention. We like it mounted in pairs either side of a bed, or set along a hallway to draw the eye down the space. To keep it looking its best, wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth. It is one of our quieter designs, happy to work in almost any room you place it.
