Description

At 15cm in diameter, our Asteria Long Wall Light keeps its flat circular disc shade compact while the long straight arm reaches a full 44.6cm from the wall. That reach is what makes this wall light so useful, letting us throw light out over a reading chair, a bedside or a hallway console without the fitting crowding the space around it. The round wall plate sits close and low at just 9cm high, and with the arm extended the whole piece weighs only 804g, so it feels considered rather than heavy on the wall.

We finish this one in warm Brass with a Nuance Mist shade, a soft muted tone that we like against both pale and darker walls. Because it is hardwired, no cable trails down the outside of the fitting, giving us a clean line from plate to disc. Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, it holds a built-in 12W LED panel that gives 500 lumen at a warm 2700K, and with a CRI of 91 the colour of everything it lights stays true. The panel is rated for 50000 or more lighting hours, and this lamp is dimmable, so we can take it from a full working glow down to something quieter in the evening.

Assembly takes around ten minutes, though we do ask that you follow the hardwire user guide for the wiring itself, and a 2.2m black cord is included. It carries CE, UKCA and IP2X markings, and we back it with our 10-year warranty.
