Description

A plain flat circular disc is the shape at the heart of our Asteria Mini pendant light, and we have kept the profile as clean as it comes. The top is smooth and unbroken, the rim straight and shallow, and beneath it sits a single flat diffuser that spreads the light evenly downward. Holding it all is a slim central stem, so the whole piece reads as calm and low key rather than busy. Finished in Petrol Blue with a Steel Top, it brings a soft depth of colour that we find works as easily in a quiet corner as it does over a worktop.

At Mini size the disc measures 31cm in diameter and just 3.3cm tall, weighing only 1.6kg, so it hangs neatly without dominating a room. The built-in 14W LED panel gives 900 lumen at a warm 3000K, with a CRI of 83 and a rated life of around 25000 hours. It is dimmable with an external dimmer, which lets you drop the level for evenings or lift it when you need more to see by. It is made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, and it arrives with a 2.7m black textile cord and a metal canopy ready to fit. Assembly takes around 10 minutes, and it is rated for indoor use.
