Description

Fitting our Asteria pendant light takes around ten minutes, so you can have it hung and lit the same afternoon it arrives. The kit includes a 2.7m black textile cord and a metal canopy, and at just 1.6kg in this Mini size it asks very little of your ceiling fixing. We have kept the build straightforward, using steel, aluminium and acrylic, and we back the whole thing with a 10-year warranty so you can hang it and forget about it.

The form here is simple and quiet. It is a plain flat circular disc with a smooth unbroken top and a straight shallow rim, sitting on a slim central stem, with a single flat diffuser underneath doing the work. This is the Nuance Mist finish paired with a Brass Top, a soft, muted pairing that settles easily into a room rather than shouting for attention. In the Mini size it measures 31cm across and stands 3.3cm tall, which makes it a neat choice above a kitchen island, a bedside spot or a reading corner where you want light without bulk. Hung as a run of two or three, we think it looks especially considered over a dining table.

The light itself comes from a built-in 14W LED panel giving 900 lumen, rated for 25000 hours, so you will not be swapping bulbs.
