Our Asteria pendant light was designed to bring soft, even illumination to the rooms we live in most, and we love how quietly it does its work. The intent here is simplicity: a plain flat circular disc with a smooth unbroken top and a straight, shallow rim, holding a single flat diffuser underneath. There is nothing fussy about it, no layers or petals or dome, just a clean shape suspended from a slim central stem. In this Ruby Red finish with a Black Top, it lends a warm flash of colour to a hallway, kitchen island or reading corner, and we think it settles into a space rather than shouting over it.
