Description

Made from steel, aluminium and acrylic, our Asteria pendant light keeps its construction honest and its shape clean. The top is a plain flat circular disc with a smooth unbroken surface and a straight shallow rim, set on a slim central stem, with a single flat diffuser tucked underneath to soften the light. There is no layering here and no petalled edges, just a calm circular profile that reads well from every angle. We finish this one in Nuance Olive with a steel top, a muted green that settles into a room rather than shouting over it, and we have kept the form uncomplicated so the colour does the quiet work.

In the Medium size, this pendant light measures 43cm across and stands 4cm tall, weighing 2.5kg, so it holds its own above a dining table or a kitchen island without feeling heavy overhead. The built-in 16W LED panel gives 1300 lumen at 3000K, a warm white with a CRI of 83, and it is rated for around 25000 light hours.
