Description

This single light pendant is the larger version, with a big ribbed round glass shade hung from a decorative chain finished in antique brass. The shade measures 350mm across and the fitting drops from 600 to 1680mm on a 0.6 metre chain with a clear cable. The ribbed glass diffuses the light softly and adds texture around the bulb, and the larger shade gives it more presence than the standard size. Made from glass and metal, it takes one E27 bulb, up to 10W, and it is fully dimmable.

The bigger shade makes this a stronger central light for a kitchen, a dining area, a hallway or a bedroom, and it holds its own over a larger island or table. The ribbed round glass keeps the look warm and classic, while the clear finish shows off a decorative filament bulb. With an adjustable drop, you can hang it low over a surface or higher as a general light. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, so keep it clear of bathrooms and moisture.

Antique brass plated metalwork finishes the chain and fittings for a warm, classic tone, and the single large ribbed glass shade gives a clear, simple shape. Class 1 means the pendant is earthed and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Wipe the ribbed glass with a lightly damp cloth and dry it, and dust the brass with a dry cloth, keeping moisture off the plate.
