Description

This is a sculptured ceramic table lamp base with a gloss ivory crackle glaze, hand-decorated with a shape drawn from nature. It stands 320mm tall with a 240mm diameter and, at 3.8kg, has real weight and substance. The Ashbury is supplied as a base with a switched brass B22 lamp holder and a natural colour braided flex, ready for you to pair with a shade of your choosing.

It suits a living room, bedroom or hallway where you want a solid, decorative base you can finish your own way. The ivory crackle glaze keeps it soft and neutral, so it settles into country, coastal and modern rooms alike, and the aged brass stem adds a warm metallic touch. Because the shade is chosen separately, you can match it to your scheme, and it is designed to pair with one of our 35cm decorative fabric or 32cm raffia shades. At nearly 4kg it sits very steadily on a console, sideboard or wide bedside table.

The base is glazed ceramic in an ivory crackle finish with an aged brass plated stem and a switched B22 metal lamp holder on a 1.5 metre natural braided flex. It takes one B22 bayonet-fit bulb up to 10W, and as a Class 1 earthed, IP20 indoor fitting it connects to an earthed supply and should be kept away from water. Wipe the glazed ceramic with a soft dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners on the crackle glaze. Add one of our 35cm fabric or 32cm raffia shades to complete the look, with more matching pieces available in the range.
