The Arcera is a 96mm diameter black metal floor lamp base designed as a mounting platform for Ideal Lux Arcera floor lamp systems. The base features a threaded centre entry socket for the lamp column and four curved cable exit notches moulded into the perimeter, allowing the power cable to exit cleanly in any direction depending on the room layout and socket position.

Designed for indoor use on hard floors, the base provides a stable footprint for floor lamps between 1.4m and 1.8m tall. The four exit notches mean the cable can run directly towards a wall socket without kinking or looping back under the base, keeping the floor clear and reducing trip hazards in living rooms, bedrooms and home offices. The textured black powder-coated finish resists scuffs from furniture movement and cleaning.

The base weighs approximately 400g and sits flush on level surfaces without requiring additional fixings. The threaded socket accepts standard M10 or similar metric threads used across the Arcera floor lamp range. The low-profile design keeps the lamp column stable without adding visual bulk at floor level, making it suitable for compact spaces where a large weighted base would feel intrusive.
