Description
The Amulet is a spiral suspension light built from a continuous run of ribbed glass spheres threaded onto a gold-finished metal frame, suspended from a circular ceiling canopy. The fitting houses an integrated 40W LED light source running at 3000K, distributing warm white light through each individual glass sphere along the 80cm-diameter spiral path.
Designed for large volume spaces such as double-height entrance halls, staircases, and dining rooms with ceiling heights above 3m, the Amulet's adjustable suspension cables allow the drop to be set anywhere between 45cm and 341cm during installation. The spiral configuration spreads light across a wider area than a single-point pendant, making it suitable for large dining tables or central hall positions where a narrow drop would leave corners unlit.
Each glass sphere carries horizontal ribbing that refracts the LED light and creates linear shadow patterns on surrounding walls when lit. The gold finish on the metal frame and sphere caps provides contrast against the clear ribbed glass and pairs with warm-toned interiors, brass door furniture, and polished wood floors. The 80cm diameter requires clearance from walls and adjacent fittings, so the Amulet works best in rooms at least 4m wide where the spiral can be viewed from multiple angles.
The integrated LED eliminates bulb replacement and draws 40W at full output, which is significantly lower power consumption than halogen fittings producing equivalent light levels. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only — the Amulet is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, or outdoor covered areas.

Frequently Asked
What ceiling height is needed for the Amulet?
The minimum drop is 45cm, so a ceiling height of at least 2.8m is recommended to keep the fitting above head height in circulation areas. The maximum drop of 341cm suits double-height spaces, staircases, and entrance halls with ceilings up to 4m or higher.
Is the LED dimmable?
The integrated 40W LED is fixed output at 3000K. Dimmer compatibility is not specified in the technical data — contact us before pairing with a dimmer circuit to confirm compatibility with your specific dimmer model.
How is the spiral suspended?
The glass spheres are threaded onto a metal frame that hangs from adjustable suspension cables attached to a circular ceiling canopy. The cables are shortened or lengthened during installation to set the final drop height.
Can it be installed in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means the Amulet is rated for dry indoor locations only and is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms, or any area where it may be exposed to moisture.
