This chrome bathroom wall light has a classic shape, pairing a clear glass shade with a polished chrome plate that suits both traditional and modern bathrooms. It measures 270mm tall and 150mm wide, projecting 215mm from the wall, a neat size to sit beside a mirror or above a basin. A pull cord switch is built in for easy control, and the fitting takes a single E14 bulb rated up to 4W. Made from glass and steel, it has a solid, quality feel at 0.8kg, with a clean outline that does not crowd a smaller room.

The Aldhurst works well either side of a mirror as a matched pair, or on its own as a general bathroom light near a basin or shaving point. Its IP44 rating means it is protected against splashing water and can be fitted in the wetter zones of a bathroom, cloakroom or en suite. As a Class 1 fitting it connects to an earth, so it should be installed by a qualified electrician onto a suitable supply.
