Alderley 2 Light Tiffany Pendant Trio Mount - Vintage Bronze

The Alderley is a 380mm Tiffany-style pendant with an inverted fan-shaped shade constructed from art deco glass panels in shades of blue, cream and textured glass, held within a vintage bronze metal framework. The shade houses two E27 bulb holders (bulbs sold separately) and suspends from a black ceiling mount on an adjustable rod, offering drop heights between 255mm and 1167mm depending on the fitting location.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls where decorative lighting combines with functional task illumination, the pendant uses the trio mount system, allowing the fitting to be adapted for sloped ceilings, flush ceilings or standard drop installations. The blue glass panels shift to an aqua tone when backlit, while the textured sections catch and scatter light, creating layered visual interest. The 380mm diameter suits tables and islands between 1200-1800mm wide.

The vintage bronze finish on the metal framework provides a warm mid-tone that contrasts with the cooler blues in the glass without creating harsh juxtaposition. What is a trio mount fitting?

A trio mount system provides three ceiling attachment options in one fitting: standard rod suspension, angled ceiling adapter for sloped ceilings, and semi-flush configuration for lower ceiling heights. The appropriate mount is selected during installation depending on ceiling type and desired drop.

What bulbs are recommended?

The pendant takes two E27 bulbs up to 60W each (sold separately). Most users pair this with warm-white LED bulbs around 6-8W and 2700K to complement the art deco glass tones and create ambient dining light.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is adjustable during installation by cutting the rod to the required length between 255mm and 1167mm. Once installed and the rod is cut, the height becomes fixed unless the rod is replaced.

How is the glass shade cleaned?

Switch off power at the mains before cleaning. Wipe the glass panels gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid spraying glass cleaner directly onto the shade as it may seep into the lead joints and damage the framework over time.
