Description

This is a 7W GU10 LED bulb that gives a warm white light at 3000K with a bright 680 lumen output. It uses up to date LED technology to draw only a fraction of the power of the older lamp it replaces, standing in directly for a 75W GU10 halogen. The twist and lock GU10 base fits the standard mains voltage spotlight holder found in most kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, so there is no separate transformer to think about. A 60 degree beam angle spreads the light evenly for both general and task lighting.

The warm white tone sits at the cosy end of the scale, close to traditional halogen, which makes it a natural choice for relaxed rooms, hallways and living spaces where you want a soft, homely glow rather than a crisp clinical light. Because it runs cool and copes with heat well, this LED bulb can be used safely inside enclosed heads such as outdoor fittings, bathroom downlights and fire rated recessed cans, with no drop in performance or working life.
