Description

The Maytoni Trinity suspension cable is a 2m adjustable steel cable with a black plastic mount designed to suspend track-mounted spotlights from 3-phase track lighting systems. The mount clips onto the track rail and the steel cable runs down to support the light head, allowing spotlights to hang at variable heights rather than sitting directly on the track.

Designed for commercial spaces, galleries, retail environments and residential kitchens with 3-phase track systems already installed, the suspension cable allows lights to hang closer to a work surface, artwork or display area without requiring additional ceiling work. The 2m cable can be shortened during installation by coiling excess length inside the mount, giving a drop range of approximately 200mm to 2000mm depending on ceiling height and the position of the light needed.

The black plastic mount measures 41mm in length and 33mm in width, designed to clip onto standard 3-phase track profiles. The steel cable runs through the centre of the mount and terminates in a threaded fitting that accepts most track spotlight heads with compatible suspension mounts. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry interior locations only. The black finish on both the mount and cable matches the typical finish of black 3-phase track systems, maintaining a consistent visual line from ceiling to light head.

What track systems is this compatible with?

The mount is designed for 3-phase track systems. It will not fit single-circuit or 2-circuit tracks. Check your existing track profile matches the Maytoni 3-phase specification before ordering.

Can the cable length be adjusted?

Yes. The 2m cable can be shortened by coiling excess length inside the plastic mount during installation. Once set, the length remains fixed until you open the mount and re-adjust.

What spotlights does it support?

The cable terminates in a threaded fitting compatible with most track spotlight heads that accept suspension cables. The spotlight must be designed for suspended mounting rather than direct track mounting. Check the spotlight's specification for suspension compatibility.

Can it be used in bathrooms or kitchens?

The IP20 rating limits use to dry interior locations away from direct water contact. It can be used in domestic kitchens away from sinks and hobs, but not in bathroom zones where water splashing occurs.
