Description

The Trinity internal straight connector joins two sections of 3-phase surface-mounted track in a straight line, maintaining electrical continuity across all three circuits. The connector is 70mm long, 31mm wide and 27mm high, housed in a white plastic body that sits flush with the track profile when installed. Rated IP20 for indoor use on 220-240V AC systems.

Designed for residential and commercial track lighting installations where track runs need to extend beyond a single length, the connector allows power to pass through all three phases without requiring additional wiring. The fitting slots into the track channel from below and locks in place with the same twist-lock mechanism used by track spotlights, so no tools are needed for installation once the track sections are mounted.

The white finish matches standard white track systems and disappears against white ceilings in retail, gallery, kitchen and office environments. The plastic construction keeps the connector lightweight and electrically insulated, with the internal contacts made from brass-plated steel to maintain conductivity over time. The 2.7cm height means the connector sits within the track profile and does not project below the track base.

What is a 3-phase track system?

A 3-phase track has three separate electrical circuits running along the track, allowing spotlights to be assigned to different circuits for independent switching or dimming. The internal straight connector maintains all three circuits across the join, so spotlights either side of the connector can be on different circuits.

How is the connector fitted?

The connector slots into the track channel from below and twists to lock, using the same mechanism as track spotlights. Both track sections must be securely mounted and aligned before the connector is inserted. No screws or tools are needed once the track is in place.

Is this compatible with other track brands?
