Description

The Stockholm is a twin-head lamp post in galvanised steel, with two E27 lantern housings mounted on adjustable-height arms extending from a central column. The post height adjusts between 1540mm and 2450mm on installation, allowing the fitting to be set to the appropriate scale for driveways, garden paths or courtyard entrances. Each lantern head houses a single E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately) behind clear polycarbonate panels, protected to IP54 for outdoor use in exposed positions.

Designed for front gardens, driveways with dual gateways, and wide pathways requiring dual-point illumination, the Stockholm suits properties where a single post-mounted light would leave gaps in coverage. The twin heads are mounted on opposing arms, each projecting 270mm from the column centreline, creating an 850mm span between the two light sources. The galvanised steel construction resists corrosion in coastal and high-humidity environments, backed by an 8-year guarantee that includes coastal exposure without exclusion.

The lantern heads use a Scandinavian-inspired nautical style with horizontal guard rings around the clear polycarbonate diffusers, combining industrial maritime detailing with residential-scale proportions. The galvanised finish presents as a silver-grey metallic surface that weathers naturally over time without flaking or peeling, and pairs with stone, brick, gravel and concrete surfaces across both modern and period properties. The post mounts to a below-ground concrete foundation (not included) using the flanged base plate.

What bulbs does the Stockholm take?

Each lantern head takes one E27 Edison screw bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most installations use warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for outdoor pathway and driveway lighting.

Is the post height adjustable?

Yes. The post height adjusts between 1540mm and 2450mm during installation, allowing the fitting to be set to the appropriate height for the location. Once installed and concreted in place, the height is fixed.

Can it be used in coastal locations?

Yes. The galvanised steel construction is designed for coastal exposure, and the 8-year guarantee covers all environments including coastal areas without exclusion. The IP54 rating protects against salt spray and driving rain.

How is the post installed?

The post mounts to a below-ground concrete foundation using the flanged base plate. The foundation requires digging, electrical conduit installation for the cable run, and concrete setting. Installation is typically carried out by a qualified electrician or groundworks contractor.
